For Furnace/Boiler:
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Check for correct air flow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Clean and adjust blower components
- Measure temperature differential
- Filters cleaned or replaced (standard filters included)
- Clean ignition assembly
- Carbon Monoxide test
- Replace oil filter nozzle as needed
- Test safety controls
- Clean heat exchanger or elements
